Tony is the general partner of the Houston based law firm of Dinh & Associates, P.C. and has extensive experience with client representation before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service nationwide. His expertise also includes consular practice before the U.S. Embassies in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
